Like a train wreck that you can’t seem to look away from, I’ve been following the story of three South African men who brutally murdered a family in Gauteng and then laughed their way through the bail hearing. What makes this especially horrific is the sheer violence of the crime and the fact that a young child  was bound, gagged and drowned in a bath of scalding hot water for witnessing the murders of his mum and dad.
